Ordering FAQ

Shipping Policies:

At this time we only ship to locations in the United States. Shipping is estimated.  Should the actual shipping be higher than the amount quoted we will email you with the total for approval before shipping your package.

Order Processing Time:

Your order should ship within 7 - 10 business days. If your order cannot be shipped with in this time period we will contact you by email. We will always try to ship the orders earlier if possible.

Payment Methods Accepted:

We accept Visa, Mastercard and  Paypal.


Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. All sales are final. Please see the Damge Claims section, for items that are broken during shipping. If you have a complaint about the item you received please email Customer Service.

Damage Claims:

All items are checked for damage prior to shipping. We do our best to wrap
and package your items, so that they will not be damaged during

UPS: Should the contents of your package be missing or damaged you need to follow the steps below:

    • Keep all the merchandise with all the packaging in the condition that they were received. DO NOT repackage. UPS may request to inspect the package at a future date.
    • Fill out a UPS Claim Form or Call our office immediately at 503-661-6151, and we can file the claim for you.


US Postal Service (USPS): Should the contents of your package be missing or damaged you need to follow the steps below:

    • Take the items with all the packaging and the invoice back to the post office for inspection immediately. DO NOT repackage the items.
    • Ask the post office for a FORM 1000. Please fill out the form and have the post office sign and stamp it. You will need to check the box for a refund. If you would like to replace the item, we ask that you re-orderthe item.
    • Mail the forms within 15 days to: Purrfect Crafts, 1504 NE Village Squire Ct., Gresham, OR 97030.
